Avery is a wizard and a Death Eater. His first name is unknown. He went to school with Severus Snape and was a good friend of Snape`s well he was at Hogwarts, and who claimed to be acting under Imperius after Voldemort's fall. He was punished with the Cruciatus Curse after his master regained a body.
