Bill Weasley is the handsome, eldest child in the Weasley family. When Harry's story begins, Bill has left Hogwarts already. He was Head Boy, which has set a scale mark (some of) his younger brothers try to reach. Now Bill works in Egypt as a curse breaker for Gringotts Bank.

In Harry's fifth year, Bill is a member of the second Order of the Phoenix. For this purpose, he moves from Egypt to England - a decision certainly supported by Fleur Delacour, who takes on a job at Gringotts in London. He meets Fleur Delacour and the two fall in love. Bill is permanently marred after the battle at Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince when Fenrir Greyback, who is half transformed into a werewolf at the time, attacks him. Fleur and Bill still marry in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. They have a daughter together, Victoire Weasley, and it's safe to assume she would be as lovely as her father and mother.
