Borgin and Burkes
From Hpwiki
Borgin and Burkes is a shop, found at 13b Knockturn Alley, a turn-off from Diagon Alley which focuses on the darker aspects of magic.
Borgin and Burkes has grown to become a central part of the storyline of the Harry Potter Books. It is first encountered when Harry does not say, "Diagon Alley" clearly enough when travelling by Floo, and he ends up in Borgin and Burkes. There he witnesses Lucius Malfoy and his son Draco doing business with the owner of the shop.
Later, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Draco Malfoy exhibits suspicious behaviour in the store, making threats to the owner and showing him his Dark Mark. He demands something to be fixed. It turns out to be a Vanishing Cabinet, like the one Montague disappeared through during the course of one school year, and it becomes responsible for sneaking the Death Eaters into Hogwarts, so Draco can do what his master has ordered.
