Charlie Weasley is the second-eldest child in the Weasley family. Like his older brother Bill, he has left Hogwarts already when Harry's story begins. Charlie was captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team at his time which is counted as much as Bill's position of Head Boy. Now Charlie is in Romania to study dragons.
In Harry's fifth year, Charlie is a member of the Order of the Phoenix, however working from Romania.
