Dirk Cresswell

Dirk Cresswell is the Head of Goblin Liaison Office at the Ministry of Magic. While at Hogwarts, he was a member of the Slug Club. Horace Slughorn tells Harry that Cresswell is Muggle-born to prove that despite being in Slytherin, he is not prejudice.
