Draught of Living Death
From Hpwiki
The Draught of Living Death puts the drinker into a sleep so deep that they appear to be dead. With special instructions from the copy of Advanced Potion-Making once owned by the Half-Blood Prince, this potion can be brewed more efficiently by crushing the valerian roots with the flat side of a silver knife to create more juice, and stirring clockwise once for every seventh counterclockwise stir. When finished, the potion should be a very light shade of lilac.
Incidentally, it is probably the first potion specifically mentioned in the Harry Potter books, when Professor Snape grills Harry on what he'd get if he "...added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?"
