Educational Decree Number 22 - assigns Dolores Umbridge as DADA teacher.

Educational Decree Number 23 - establishes the role of High Inquisitor.

Educational Decree Number 24 - states that any team, group, club, society, and other gathering of three students or more can only exist with the knowledge and approval of the High Inquisitor.
