Emmeline Vance

Emmeline Vance is a stately-looking witch and a member of the Order of the Phoenix. She was part of the Advance Guard who escorted Harry from Number Four, Privet Drive to Order headquarters in OotP. She is killed in by Death Eaters in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. There is some speculation that her death was caused because of information passed to Voldemort by Severus Snape.
