Flavius Belby

Flavius Belby survived a lethifold attack in Papua New Guinea in 1782. He wrote about it, revealing the creature and the fact that a Patronus will drive it away. He was once president of the local Gobstones Club. Belby appeared on a Chocolate Frog card.

It is unknown whether or not Flavius is any relation of Marcus Belby.
