Flourish and Blotts is a bookshop in Diagon Alley. It's next doo to Madam Malkin's Robes For All Occasions. It is here where Harry and his classmates generally purchase their Hogwarts school textbooks. In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, it was in this shop that famous wizard writer and explorer, Gilderoy Lockhart, took part in a book signing. In addition, it was here that Lucius Malfoy slipped Tom Riddle's diary into Ginny Weasley's cauldron.
