Gabrielle Delacour is Fleur's little sister and hostage for the second task. She was "rescued" by Harry and Ron from the merpeople of the black lake, as her sister Fleur could not get to her because she was attacked by Grindylows. She has the same silvery hair as her older sister.
She was played by Angelica Mandy in the film.
