The High Inquisitor is a function at Hogwarts, established by the Ministry of Magic through the Educational Decree Number Twenty-three in Harry's fifth year. The High Inquisitor is authorized to audit, review, or examine teachers and write a report about this examination. The first - and only - High Inquisitor is Dolores Umbridge.
