Hogwarts Express

The Hogwarts Express is the large red train which transports Hogwarts students between Hogsmeade Station and Platform Nine and Three Quarters of King's Cross Station (which can only be accessed by witches and wizards). The train departs from King's Cross at 11:00am on September 1 every year to take students to Hogwarts, and brings them back in the early summer of the next year. It probably also transports students to and from school during the Christmas Holidays.
