What is a stub?
A stub, or stub article, is an article that contains little or no text, or is generally not up to our standards.

Locating stub articles
There are several ways of locating stub articles. you can:

- Use the What links here feature to see if anything links back to this page.
- The Special:Shortpages page.

When to add a stub
When there is no text, very little text or if the article is poorly written.

When not to add a stub
Articles should not be made into stubs if they contain several sentences with enough information that can be expanded upon, and/or information templates. In this case, use the {{expand}} template at the top of the page.

How to add a stub
Insert the wiki template markup tag {{stub}} near or at the bottom of an article.

When to remove a stub
A stub can be removed once the article has enough, well written, material to make it informative, and is to an acceptable standard.
If you are unsure, place a comment in the article's talk page.
