Justin Finch-Fletchley is a student in the Hufflepuff house of Hogwarts, in the same year as Harry. Justin is a member of Dumbledore's Army.
During the Duelling Club in second year, Justin is almost attacked by a snake, which is only prevented by Harry's Parseltongue skills. Consequently, Harry is seen as the Heir of Slytherin and the Hufflepuffs try to protect Justin from his supposed wrath. Despite their attempts, he is found Petrified, along with Nearly Headless Nick whose presence saved Justin's life.
