Penelope Clearwater

Penelope Clearwater is a Muggleborn student at Hogwarts in Ravenclaw house, four years above Harry, and was a prefect and Head Girl. In the second book she became Percy Weasley's girlfriend (Percy's sister Ginny walked in on them kissing.) She was attacked by the basilisk in the second book alongside Hermione Granger, and is described as having long curly hair.
