Stubby Boardman

Stubby Boardman is a wizarding musician, lead singer of the Hob Goblins, believed in the Quibbler to be the true identity of Sirius Black, according to an account by one woman. As with most Quibbler stories, the information is false - it was shown to Sirius as a joke.

Luna Lovegood, daughter of the editor, also seems to believe in this rumour. She did not get to see Sirius for real at the Ministry in her fourth year, after being struck down. There has been no mention of the rumour since the fifth book.
