Tobias Snape was a Muggle and Severus Snape's father. Married to Eileen Snape (nee Prince). He was abusive to his son and wife as seen during Harry's Occlumency lesson with Professor Snape during Order of the Phoenix.
Name Origin: Tobias is a Hebrew name meaning "God is Great."
