Walburga Black

Walburga Black, most often referred to as "Mrs. Black," was the mother of both Sirius Black and Regulus Black. She was either very old or unnaturally aged and died c. 1985. She survives as a horrible, peeling life-sized portrait, worshiped by Kreacher.
