Firecrackers were exploding like mines everywhere Harry looked, and instead of burning themselves out, fading from sight, or fizzling to a halt, these pyrotechnical miracles seemed to be gaining in energy and momentum the longer he watched.

Weasleys' Wildfire Whiz-Bangs are various types of fireworks invented by the Weasley Twins. The various types of fireworks include Catherine wheels, rockets, sparklers, firecrackers and much more. These fireworks have special properties --- using Stupefy causes them to explode with violent force and attempting to Vanish them causes them to multiply.

The Weasley twins released these fireworks to create mayhem following Dolores Umbridge's taking over the post of Headmistress of Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. They were wildly successful, creating disruptions in classes throughout the day, though none of the teachers seemed to mind.

Weasleys' Wildfire Whiz-Bangs are offered in two quantities:
