Death Eater that placed Imperius Curse on Pius Thicknesse in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

He also appeared in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, where, although unnamed, he was one of the four Death Eaters who arrived and tried to taunt Draco Malfoy into killing Albus Dumbledore. He is also mentioned in passing by Severus Snape at Spinner's End.

In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, we also see him in the Ministry, where he tells Ron Weasley (disguised as Reginald Catermole), to make it stop raining in his office.
